2. Service Commitment and Collaboration

  • Engaging our accounting automation services creates a binding contract subject to our cancellation terms.
  • Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding their business needs and compliance requirements.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service in case of incomplete information or interference with the accounting automation process.
  • Use of our accounting management platforms and materials must comply with our usage guidelines.

3. Service Quality and Scope

  • We commit to providing high-quality accounting automation services with certified compliance experts.
  • The scope and results of each accounting automation service are defined in individual service contracts.
  • We reserve the right to make organizational changes as long as they do not compromise the fundamental objectives of accounting automation.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and regulatory requirements for accounting processing.

4. Payments and Service Conditions

  • Payment for accounting automation services is required according to the agreed payment plan for each service.
  • Service refunds are only available under specific circumstances, as detailed in our refund policy below.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance) incur processing fees of 50% of the service price.
  • No-show without notice will be charged at the full service rate.

5. Refund Policy

At FocusLeaderWay, we are committed to client satisfaction and service excellence. Our refund policy is designed for fairness and transparency:

  • Initial Service Period: Clients can request a full refund within 14 days of their first accounting automation service if they are not satisfied with our compliance approach or processing methodology.
  • Ongoing Services: For ongoing accounting services where work has begun but is not completed, we may offer a partial refund, reduced by the value of services rendered and administrative fees.
  • Completed Services: Once an accounting automation service is completed, as defined in the service contract, refunds are generally not available, except in cases of significant failure to provide the agreed compliance content.
  • Service Packages: For multi-service packages and intensive programs, refunds will be calculated based on the number of remaining compliance components, less 20% administrative fees.
  • Subscription Services: For continuous accounting support and compliance processing subscription services, clients can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Refunds for unused portions will be processed in the billing cycle.
  • Accounting Consultation Programs: Individual accounting consultation sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit session fees.
  • Digital Accounting Access: Access to accounting processing templates, recorded consultations, and compliance preparation resources is non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
  • Procedure: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@FocusLeaderWay.com with detailed reasons for the request and supporting documentation.
  • Timeline: Refund requests are processed within 10 business days, with approved refunds issued according to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that accounting matters can be deeply personal. In cases of serious business emergencies, compliance crises, or other significant circumstances, we may consider special refund arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

We evaluate each refund request individually, taking into account specific circumstances, accounting progress, and our ability to provide alternative solutions to address client concerns, while respecting the professional nature of our work.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

  • All personal data and client information from accounting automation services are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Clients agree not to share confidential service information without authorization.
  • Recording of accounting automation sessions or sharing of access credentials is prohibited without written authorization.
  • All accounting insights and client shares within the scope of services must be maintained in professional confidentiality.

7. Professional Practice and Responsibility

  • Clients acknowledge that accounting automation processing is a professional process that requires client engagement and collaboration.
  • FocusLeaderWay provides advice and tools, but clients are responsible for their business decisions and compliance accuracy.
  • Our services are professional in nature and related to accounting automation; they do not constitute legal or tax advice.
  • Clients should consult accounting experts for complex regulatory questions that exceed basic accounting processing.

8. Modifications to these Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, particularly in response to changes in accounting regulations or service improvements.
  • Significant changes will be published at least 30 days before their implementation.
  • Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Final Provisions

  • Singapore law applies exclusively to these terms and conditions.
  • Singapore is the competent jurisdiction for all disputes arising from our services.
  • If certain provisions become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unchanged.
